PRIER’s Approach to COVID-19 and Supply Chain Update

by | Mar 17, 2020 | News / Press Releases

While we all pull together to tackle various unforeseen challenges, we want to take a moment to reassure you about PRIER’s approach to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

PRIER is closely monitoring the situation from all angles daily. We are following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure our associates, customers and partners are safe.

OSHA rates PRIER as a low risk due to the setup of workstations and our facilities. We have increased our daily cleaning efforts, cancelled internal meetings and provided education to associates on preventive techniques.

We are reviewing our travel plans and personal visits. We encourage use of technology to remain in touch when possible.

  • We have purposely built redundancies into our supply chain network to mitigate the risk of prolonged delays
  • We are not experiencing any service delays resulting from the Coronavirus
  • We are actively monitoring potential impact of this virus on our domestic suppliers
  • Our products are manufactured and stocked in Kansas City, with multiple warehouses across North America
  • Our goal has always been to ship orders within 8 working hours

If you are currently experiencing increased delays within your supplier network, we are fully staffed, well-stocked and ready to help.
