C-234 Anti-Siphon Self Draining Freezeless Wall Hydrant

This item was manufactured by Prier from approximately 1983 through 1988. This design was sold by previous owners of the company. Unfortunately, most parts are not available.

This valve incorporated numerous O-Rings in the design. The O-Ring information is as follows:

Anti-Siphon Body Seal-This O-Ring seals the body to the vacuum breaker assembly.

Standard #024 O-Ring

70 Durometer

#4470 Buna-N (Nitrile)

Stem Seal-This is the larger of the two O-Rings on the Stem Assembly. It is located near the handle connection.

Standard #201 O-Ring

70 Durometer

Carboxilated

Seat O-Ring-This O-Ring changed through the years, but the majority of those installed were the first one listed.

#201 O-Ring

90 Durometer

Carboxilated

For a short time in 1984 it changed to the following:

#308 O-Ring

90 Durometer

Carboxilated

Later in 1984 it became a standard 1/4" Bibb Washer
